Frequenty Asked Questions

Q: I’m having trouble with login.

A: You must be a registered SCBMC member to access the Members, Board or Alumni areas of the SCBMC website, or to post messages to SCBMC Email Lists. If you are a registered member, see below for more help. If you are not a registered member, please Join Us!

Q: I don’t know my Member ID.

A: Your Member ID is the email address you registered with the Club. Please contact webmaster@scbmc.org for help.

Q: I don’t know my password.

A: If you are a registered SCBMC member, but do not remember your password, go to your login page. Full members click on “Members’ Lounge” to login. Alumni members click on “Alumni Lounge” to login. From your login page, click on “Request to Reset Password”. You will need to enter your registered email address (also known as your Member ID) to request a password reset. If you need more help please contact webmaster@scbmc.org.

NOTE: Your registered email address is also your MEMBER ID, that when combined with your password, allows you to login. When you make changes to your account information and settings, they take effect immediately. If you recently changed your registered email address, you must login using the most recent email address you registered.
