About our new President

Greetings fellow SCBMC moms! I live in this community with my husband of 8yrs and our two children (four years old and 20 months old). In addition to being a wife and mother, I also work four days a week as a Marketing Manager. I've been an active member of the SCBMC for the past 3 years, participating in events and volunteering for a variety of committees: In-A-Pinch, and Call-A-Mom (since both of my kids were born premature, I've been able to use my experiences to support other moms with preemies). This past year as Programs Coordinator, I was responsible for planning the December Holiday Party, May Mother's Day Celebration, and July Ice Cream Social.

Being part of the SCBMC has enabled me & my family to forge lifelong friendships. As a mom, it's provided me with a tremendous amount of support & resources, as well as given me an outlet for my abundance of energy, utilizing my creative & organizational talents. Sharing some of these benefits with new members is just one of the reasons I'd like to lead the club. Additionally, I would like to implement exciting programs which empower our members to participate in monthly meetings, planning committees, and community events, ensuring the Club stays dynamic and maintains its value to all moms.
